Inclusive leadership through virtual reality

In collaboration with Walmart Mexico and Intelego, we developed an immersive experience that promotes empathy, inclusion, and respect for diversity.

Through virtual reality simulations, participants step into the shoes of individuals with motor disabilities or autism, gaining firsthand insight into their challenges and encouraging a more human, mindful, and transformative style of leadership.
